Leathercraft Waylon Sofa
The Leathercraft Waylon Sofa 1890 includes unique styling such as the Pling wood base, and spaced nails on Gimp. Design inclues modified round arms, recessed face outlined with head to head nail trim. The front tapered legs have a nice flaired style creating a very nice touch. Many leather colors avaialbe along with choice of wood and nail color. The back cushions are designed over the arms. Seat cushions are square and can be moved from side to side to even out wear. The loose seat cushions are attached but can be removed. Blend down feather cushions offer sumptuous relaxing comfort. Also available are a matching chair and ottoman.
100's of leather colors available. Some leathers are tanned with protection (Aniline Plus) to resist scratches, stains and fading from sunlight, perfect for active families with kids and pets that will use the furniture. Other leather colors have no protection (Pure Aniline) and will develop a beautiful patina over time from daily use. Both types of leathers are top-grain and aniline dyed, some are also full-grain leathers meaning the grain has not been altered.
Durably constructed and handmade by Leathercraft (started in 1969) with time tested methods including kiln-dried Maple hardwood frame that is corner blocked, double doweled, glued and screwed. Traditional 8-way hand tied spring support underneath the seat cushion provides lasting comfort.
