We were both a little hesitant about ordering furniture online from across the country, but you made it easy. The color and combination is just what I wanted. The leather Zodiac Sunstone is a little slick, but that’s my only complaint if I have one at all. “Twenty five years ago, we purchased our very first set of 3 brand new Leather Loveseats from Classic Leather! Although our 25 year-old Classic Leather loveseats still look and feel quite nice, and have definitely stood the test of time (so much so, that my daughter wants me to save one of the loveseats for her home, and the other two loveseats were given to friends of friends), we decided to replace these sofas (choosing the same color and quality of leather). Classic Leather furniture company in North Carolina does exquisite work that lasts and lasts! Since we were unable to locate furniture stores that displayed leather sofas that compared to the quality of our Classic Leather Loveseats, I decided to order these sofas online, and was very pleased with the phone assistance along with the website offerings (style, legs, stitching, leather colors and quality). Notice: One piece of leather on the sides without unsightly seams! Few companies offer this quality along with the 8-way hand tied method of construction.

I wanted to review my purchase from Leather furniture USA. It was a little nervewracking to buy from a company I had not done business with before, and customizing a piece that cannot be returned also was scary. However, after searching regular furniture stores and buying online from the usual companies, whose names I will not mention, but we all get their catalogs. Only to be sadly disappointed with the quality of the leather furniture, which resulted in many returns later and a waste of time.

I searched online for sites to customize my needs and came upon Leather Furniture USA. I was impressed with the vast selection of materials and the many options. Finally, I could customize exactly what I wanted. My sales rep, Rick, was so very helpful, communicative, patient with my questions, and sent me actual samples of the materials I narrowed down. By building your own piece, you can select style, wood, and other details.

All of this for a reasonable, fair, price. When you figure in shipping and tax of other stores, their prices are very fair, especially for the quality product received. Best, the furniture is made and sold in the USA. After reading and relying upon the reviews, I took a leap of faith, and ordered 2 leather recliners. Then eagerly awaited their arrival date for January, excited and skeptical, wondering each day how they would appear and feel.

I received my chairs yesterday, a Month ahead of the scheduled promise date, and was even more impressed when they arrived. They are simply gorgeous. The quality far surpassed anything I saw in the stores, and did I mention comfortable? So cushy and comfortable. I ordered one with the feather fill seat cushion and one with foam. Both so comfy. I also was concerned about the size, having a big tall husband. Rick talked me through it, sent me dimensions again of the 2 chairs I was comparing, even though this info is all on the product descriptions online, he patiently took time to explain and was able to put in perspective. The sales team was so very helpful, along with the vast information found on their website, on how to select your options.

If your considering this company, do not hesitate. The service, quality, and selection far excels anything I’ve found in my year long search for furniture. I am not a person who has a free moment to even write a review, but because I relied upon the reviews for this purchase, and due to how helpful and accurate I discovered they were, I felt compelled to write one. If I can assist another person by this review, and promote this company, I am happy to do so.
