Leathercraft James Swivel Chair 1872
The Leathercraft James Swivel Chair has a beautiful design using curved Maple hardwood and upholstered leather. You select the leather color and wood color. The finely sanded Maple hardwood continuously curves around the top of the back rest, down and across the arms then waterfalls down to the floor, then around the base of the chair. Nail trim in the color of your choice, is aligned between the wood and the leather as a beautiful accent. The Blend Down seat cushions include welted seams. Even the back cushion has a curved top. Swivels a full 360 degrees. As an option you can have a wood base in the selected color, see above. Cushions are attached but can easily be unattached for access. Designed by Chase Ryan.
100’s of leather colors available. Some leathers are tanned with protection (Aniline Plus) to resist scratches, stains and fading from sunlight, perfect for active families with kids and pets that will use the furniture. Other leather colors have no protection (Pure Aniline) and will develop a beautiful patina over time from daily use. Both types of leathers are top-grain and aniline dyed, some are also full-grain leathers meaning the grain has not been altered.
Durably constructed by Leathercraft (started in 1969) with time tested methods including kiln-dried Maple hardwood frame that is corner blocked, double doweled, glued and screwed. Traditional 8-way hand tied spring support underneath the seat cushion provides lasting comfort. Throw pillows are optional.
