Each joint of the frame is double dowled, screwed, glued and corner blocked for lifetime support and durability. Springs and cushioning are then added, followed by loose seat cushions that use a mix of high resiliency and high density foam core surrounded in a blend of waterfowl down feathers and Dacron synthetic fibers. A Posture Plush seat cushion is available without feathers. Premium quality leather hides are hand cut, sewn and tailored for each furniture piece. Only the best top-grain leather is used on each piece of furniture, never any leather splits, bonded leather or vinyl are used. The hardwood legs are hand rubbed with a finish color of your choice, see above. Choose from over 120 leather colors and textures.
