The protected are the same as natural but as the name implies, protection was added during the tanning process. The protected leathers are made to resist stains, scratches and fading from sunlight. We typically recommend using protected leathers if you have an active family with kids, grandkids, pets or if the leather sectional will be near a window that gets sunlight. You will easily relax into the plush, high crown Majestic seat cushions and large back cushions. These Majestic seat cushions offer comfort, softness plus plenty of support. For a firmer seating experience you may choose the optional Majestic II seat cushion which includes small, individual springs inserted inside the center of the high density foam cushion core. You have the option to choose which nail head trim you prefer to match or contrast with your leather selection. The standard nail head trim is the small antique brass nail head trim. You also have the option of the wood finish color to be applied to the hardwood feet. The russet wood finish color is a popular selection but you can choose a contrasting or blending wood finish color in comparison to the leather selection.
