MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

Classic Leather warrants to the original purchaser that their seating products will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten years. The specific areas covered include:
- Frame construction, spring units, and tailoring for 10 years
Additional areas covered under this warranty included:
- Cushioning components covered for three years;
- Finished (protected) leathers covered for five years, but that will be evaluated to determine normal wear within a residential setting. Natural leathers, however, are not covered under these same warranty conditions;
- Swivel bases, mechanisms, and recliner units covered for five years;
- Motorized mechanisms will be covered for one year;

- Casters covered for three years.

All warranty claims and inspections must be coordinated and approved by the manufacturer prior to any repair work authorization. This warranty does not cover any evidence of damage incurred in transit, abuse of any kind, or conditions outside of normal residential use. Due to leather variance, we must reserve the right to repair or replace any part that is determined to be defective within the terms of the warranty period.

NATURAL LEATHER POLICY: Classic Leather offers only the finest Natural Leathers. Their Natural Leathers produce the best "hand" or "feel" and reflect the true appearance of leather, including range marks, fat wrinkles, healed scars and mild color variance. These natural characteristics are part of the prestige of owning Natural Leathers and are not defects. For all Natural Leather orders, they send a small sample leather cutting for color approval before they enter the order into production to ensure customer satisfaction.

Natural Leathers are valued for their wonderful feel and uniqueness. However, they are not impervious to body oils, direct light or spills, as they have no (or minimal) protective finish applied to them. Due to their inherent characteristics, Natural Leathers cannot be warranted.
