In order to provide you with the easiest buying experience we provide FREE shipping and handling with INSIDE delivery on all Comfort Design Leather orders within the contiguous 48 states of the USA (island deliveries and remote locations may have extra fees). This eliminates your concern of "what is my total cost", provides you with the lowest overall price available and the most convenience. This white glove delivery consists of 2 people placing the furniture in the room of your choice, unpacking and removing all packing materials. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. You may return your purchase (unless it is a custom made Classic Leather, Distintion Leather or Comfort Design leather furniture item) for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price minus shipping costs, and minus the manufacturers 15% restocking fee. Our products are offered with free shipping/delivery, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual original outbound shipping/delivery costs will be deducted from your return refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Wrap the package very carefully. All returned furniture must be in their original condition with original materials, box and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
• Obtain a freight carrier and ship the product pre-paid including insurance, to the return address you are provided. Ensure the Return Material Authorization number is visible on the box near the label. It is important to retain the shipment tracking number and to insure the shipment incase there is a problem during transit. Collect On Delivery shipments can not be accepted.
• Either call or Email the shipment tracking number to us so that we may track the return.
• Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase less the original shipping/delivery amount and above stated fees.
