 The Harter Colleague Chair turns work into play.  The Colleague chair is comfortable, cushioned yet not bulky and beautiful.  The Colleague chair tilts, swivels 360 degrees and adjusts from the center point of the chair.  A variety of leather color options are available.  Features include: fixed seat to back angle, seat rear tilt and swivel, extensive tilt tension control, back support adjusts 2.5" up/down and seat height 5" pneumatic gas lift.  Construction includes: contoured posture shell, fully upholstered back, high density/resiliency molded foam, waterfall front seat, boxed arms, 25" 5-star glass reinforced nylon resin base, 2.5" dual hard wheel casters (soft wheel option for hard floors), and ebony (black) frame finish.  Optional Multi-Task adjustment features:  seat & back fixed, front & rear tilt, full swivel, integrated seat & back lock any position, seat slider has six 1/2" stops adding upto 2.5" in depth, seat angle of -5 to 17 degree rear tilt, seat back angle of 88 to 102 degrees, and front tilt -5 degrees.
