A 50% deposit is required on custom orders or orders exceeding $500. Balance is due upon shipment.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an "order confirmation" email within 24 hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide complete details of your order.

We have secure transactions with Discover, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Also secure transactions with Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.
Bank Wire Transfer
Please contact us for banking information on orders greater than $1,000.
Check
Please make payable to "Healthy Lifestyles, Inc." and deliver to 107 Sea Horse Lane, Jupiter, FL 33477. Once the check is received, processed and cleared the bank, then your order will enter the shipping process.
Purchase Orders
We accept corporate purchase orders on corporate letter head from authorized representatives of your company. You will be invoiced once your order is placed. Payment is due upon receipt. Shipment will not take place until payment is received. To help expedite your order, please include the following information:
