Your complete satisfaction is important to us. You may return your purchase (unless it is an item made by Classic Leather, Distinction Leather or Comfort Design or one specified as a non-cancellable non-returnable item) for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price minus shipping costs, and minus our manufacturers 15% restocking fee. Our products are offered with free shipping/delivery, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual original outbound shipping/delivery costs will be deducted from your return refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Wrap the package very carefully. All returned products must be in original condition with original materials, box and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
- Obtain a freight carrier and ship the product with insurance and pre-paid, to the return address you are provided. Provide the Return Material Authorization number visible on the box near the label. It is important to retain the shipment tracking number and to insure the shipment incase there is a problem during transit. Collect On Delivery shipments can not be accepted.
- Either call or Email the shipment tracking number to us so that we may track the return.
- Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase less the restocking and original shipping/delivery fees.
