Every effort is made to ensure that the furniture is shipped and delivered by the most reputable and qualified freight carrying companies. Despite these precautions, damage and missing items somtimes happens. It is your responsibility to fully inspect your furniture upon delivery prior to the driver of the delivering service departs and describing any damage or missing items on the driver's delivery receipt.
